Born in Rome with an international background, Chef Heros brings almost 30 years of experience in multi-Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide. Mentored by Heinz Beck and shaped by collaborations with masters such as Joël Robuchon, Heinz Winkler, and Marc Veyrat, he creates vibrant, balanced cuisine defined by bold colors, unconventional presentations, and dishes that seamlessly form a cohesive and joyful gastronomic journey.

A Roman native, after years of training in some of the most prestigious kitchens in Italy and abroad, he chose in 2023 to pursue a personal path, redefining the relationship between food and the sensory experience, where taste, emotion and memory converge.
